The Director of IT Infrastructure Operations and Administration manages ABC IT Infrastructure Operations and End User Support. They are responsible for key parts of IT organization and its role in supporting all of ABC Stores operations. This Director of IT Infrastructure Operations and Administration is to work closely with ABC CIO and ABC stakeholders including but not limited to EC, Operations, Buying Office, and Finance. This is an exempt FT position, includes supervisory duties, and requires flexible schedule availability, i.e. able to work any shift, day, and all holiday(s).
